This is one of those recipes that I don’t have exact measurements for, a beautiful friend of mine inspired this recipe, gave me the ingredients and then it was go time!
- Head of One Cabbage
- 3/4 Cup of Veganaise
- 1 Cup of Frozen peas
- 3 Tablespoons Stone Ground Mustard (or your favorite mustard)
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon
- Salt, Pepper and Paprika to Taste
- Optional: Chopped Green Onion, Parsley or Cilantro
You may have to adjust the ingredients to your personal taste, it depends on how creamy you like it, then the rest is add and check.
