There comes a time when we must confront the shadows that linger within us – the wounds of trauma, pain, and unhealed emotions that have been buried deep within our psyche. This process, known as shadow work, is not for the faint of heart – but it is essential if we are to truly heal and evolve on our path.
Trauma wounds are like invisible scars that can linger beneath the surface, impacting every aspect of our lives – our relationships, our sense of self-worth, our ability to trust and connect with others.
